Important Information Regarding COVID-19
I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of March 26, 2021. I do not require you to be vaccinated to meet with me, nor will I inquire about your vaccination status. However, I am following the guidelines set forth by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and CDC regarding the recent resurgence or COVID-19 due to the delta variant.
This means I will be wearing a face mask when we meet and will be practicing social distancing when possible. I will also be disinfecting the surface on which we’ll be using to sign the paperwork, bringing individual use ink pens that you may keep, and personally using sanitizer for my hands.
Unless you are exempt from wearing a facial covering, I will ask that you wear something while meeting me as well. I may briefly ask you to remove your covering to confirm your identity as part of the notary process, but that will only take a moment. If you are ill, please stay home and reschedule your appointment with me. Lastly, during the pandemic I ask that if you bring anyone with you to kindly have them wait in your vehicle unless they are required as a witness or to sign the document that is being notarized.

Hello, my name’s Dennis. I am a Lexington resident, business owner, and a notary public for Kentucky at-large. I have open availability most days to help you get your documents – wills, trusts, contracts, affidavits, car titles, etc. – notarized quickly and efficiently.
If you or someone you are assisting is unable to travel, I’m available to travel to you for a small mileage fee. In addition to individuals, I travel to extended care facilities, local hospitals, business offices, retirement communities and more. If you would like to schedule a recurring visit on a standing day/time, please contact me to set that up.
To expedite your visit, please make sure that all signing parties are present, of sound mind, and have proper ID with them.
