Refund Policy

Thank you for your patronage. I hope you are happy with your purchase. Sometimes life happens and you or the notary may be unable to keep the scheduled appointment. If you prepaid, we can simply reschedule for your earliest convenience or you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on my refund policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Site owner. Typically speaking, if you prepaid for notary service and had to cancel prior to your appointment – as long as the notary has not incurred any travel expenses – you’ll be given a full refund.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Notary fees for documents that have been fully notarized
